材料准备

土鸡、熟芝麻、熟花生米、生抽、小葱、香菜、蒜蓉、朝天椒、香醋、香油

具体步骤

第一步

上锅放入适量清水,鸡洗净放入锅内,盖上锅盖用中火煮至鸡熟。

第二步

将煮熟的鸡捞起泡进凉水待用。

第三步

将辣椒、葱、香菜切碎,花生米一般压碎。

第四步

取个碗加入生抽,辣椒油,醋,香油

第五步

加入花生米、芝麻、香菜、葱成香汁料

第六步

取出泡晾的鸡剁成块盛盘

第七步

将之前调好的香汁料淋在鸡块上面。

注意:
